iCash - Using in Your Church
What is iCash?
iCash is a gift card system created by Impact 2818. It is the easiest way for your church to provide its own camp scholarships to campers.
Why use iCash?
It’s convenient for your families. It’s convenient for you. You can remove yourself from the registration process by simply handing out iCash cards.

How do I get iCash to my students?
- Decide how many iCash cards you would like to receive
- Determine the value for each iCash card - cards are available in percentages or flat amounts
- Call 1.800.783.5138 and talk to Ruth Ellen Needler
- Receive iCash cards through the mail in a few days
- Distribute to students – use iCash to promote camp!
- If you discover later that you need more...call and repeat the steps
How do I use the iCash system?
- Gift card holders provide a space for you to suggest camps and include card value for the family
- Distribute the cards to students/families
- When registering, families enter the code when prompted
- Card value amount is automatically deducted from camp fee
- Churches will only be billed for used iCash cards. You will receive a billing statement explaining who used the card and for what amount.
