Leadership Tracks
Some of our positions are geared for leadership development. These are positions that will contain surpervisory responsibilities. They will help you develop leadership skills, look good on resumes and may have potential opportunities with Impact 2818 in the future if you are interested in camping as a career.

Assistant Program Manager +
The Assistant Program Manager assists with scheduling, staff supervision and coordination with volunteer teams.

The Evening Manager is responsible for maintaining overnight site safety, evening program and evening staffing and guest services.

Administrator
The Administrator is an organized and business focused individual who maintains retail, communications, camper info, etc.

Water Activities Team
Water Activites Team members are certified Life Guards who oversee all water activity areas incuding: pools, lakes, boating, tubing, etc.

Ropes/Adventure Team
Ropes/Adventure Team members are responsible for maintaining safety and quality programming at all adventure activities including: high ropes, low ropes, teams courses, climbing walls/towers, zip lines, etc. (on-site training provided)

Horse Program Coordinator +
The Horse Program Coordinator oversees all safety, quality programming and staff supervision with regards to the equestrian program and working in cooperation with the Horse Camp Director for scheduling. (equestian cerifications preferred)

Horse Program Team
The Horse Program Team is responsible for safety, care of horses and facility and camper interaction.

Horse Camp Director +
The Horse Camp Director oversees all program, horse camp counselors, spiritual development and works in cooperation with Horse Program Coordinator for scheduling.

Horse Camp Counselor
The Horse Camp Counselors are responsible for the safety and spiritual growth of campers in their cabin during the entire camp week.

Audio Visual Tech(s)
The Audio Visual Techs are responsible for maitaining all equipment and operations for programmed events during camp. Knowledge in stage set-up, live-sound and computer presentations are nescessary.

Cokesbury Team
The Cokesbury Team members are responsible for staffing Cokesbury which entails: organizing, selling, making, cleaning, etc.

Video Staff
The video staff are responsible for taping, interviewing, shooting, editing, mastering and all production duties in creating a video for each week of camp.

Arts & Crafts Programmer
This creative person provides supervision of craft activities for campers of various ages, such as: tie-dye, candle-making, paper crafts, decoupage, etc.

Wilderness Programmer
The Wilderness Programmer leads kids though the history of pioneer and indian traditions using crafts, firebuilding, etc.

Nature Programmer
