With thousands of acres across our camps, there is always more to accomplish than we have bodies to solve. Grab some friends and join us at one of our Spring Work Days. There are nine one-day Spring Service Daysthat will be preparing the camp sites for the ministry ahead this summer.

Other Service Opportunities

We are always welcoming churches and groups wanting to assist in work projects at the camp. If you are interested in planning a trip for your team, please contact the Camp Manager of the site you are interested in helping out at.

The last major construction of buildings at Epworth Forest was completed in 1964 with six new one-story lodges. Since that time, the following needs have been identified to improve our lodges so that we may continue impacting lives for Christ:

• Addition of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning

• Year-round availability of facilities

• Additional shower and bathroom space for a 1:8 student ratio improved from our current 1:25

• Handicap accessibility

• New entrance to the camp to improve security

• Larger, more comfortable sleeping quarters that are less crowded

• New wooden bunk beds with thick mattresses

• Updated kitchens and appliances so groups may be better equipped to prepare their own meals

These improvements and others will provide state-of-the-art, modern new lodging for students so that they may encounter Christ through camp in a comfortable, safe environment.
